We are excited to feature Lost Island Winery for our Supporter Spotlight. Located on Theater Road in Onalaska, Lost Island has partnered with Clearwater Farm for the past three years. They have generously donated wine for our annual Taste of Summer wine, beer, and appetizer tasting fundraiser. They have an amazing lineup of wines from dry to sweet made right here in Onalaska.
Lost Island has also started brewing beer under the label Skeleton Crew Brew. They are currently brewing six regular beers and two seasonal brews. All of their malted barley, spent grains (a by-product of brewing beer), are being donated to Clearwater Farm to feed to our chickens. This is a fantastic partnership as it reduces our feed costs and allows Lost Island to dispose of this waste in a beneficial way.
Please stop by their winery and brewery to sample some amazing beverages. They often have live music on the weekends, and it’s a great place to gather with a group for a party. Thanks again to Todd and Jen for your wonderful support of Clearwater Farm!
