It’s that time of year! Time to harvest the pumpkins for our upcoming Spooktacular Kids Day. It’s also time to put our gardens to bed for the winter. Our community garden wouldn’t exist without our dedicated volunteers. They have worked hard throughout the growing season to ensure a bountiful harvest, which resulted in hundreds of pounds of food donations to the Onalaska Food Pantry. We would like to give a special thank you to four nursing students from Viterbo who helped with our fall harvest this year. Their generosity was greatly appreciated.
If you’re looking for ways to get outdoors with your family this fall, stop by Clearwater Farm for our annual Spooktacular Kids Day on Saturday, October 13, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more info, click here.
