Hank came to live at Clearwater Farm last summer. He was one of a set of triplets and was considered to be very small and very vocal. His prior owners donated him to the farm, and he has since become a farm favorite. He is approaching his first birthday, and we are very happy to have him living at the farm. He is an Alpine goat just like Willie, another one of our farmyard friends. Willie weighs around 175 pounds, while Hank weighs only 60 pounds. He is much smaller and very lovable! He acts more like a dog as he loves to talk and follow our volunteers around as they do their chores. Hank was quite the escape artist last summer as he wiggled his way under many fences and was found wandering the property. He always seemed to wiggle his way back under the fences to be with his friends. He may be small, but he has a lot of attitude and really stands up for himself. He can be found head butting and playing with many of the larger goats on the property. We were very lucky to have him donated to the farm. Stop by and check him out for yourself, as he has plenty to say when friends come to visit.
